Mistletoe Mini Album Workshop

It's the holiday season and the hustle and bustle is beginning! Take some time out for yourself to come to this fun, stress free Mini Album workshop. We will be converting our "Festive Memories Card Kit" into an adorable mini album that you can keep or give as a gift. Two classes offered.

Saturday, December 11

$25 workshop fee
Registration Deadline: November 29th**

Your workshop kit will include all materials you need to complete the project, step-by-step instructions included. All you bring is your tool kit!

Coffee Stain with "A Sip"

I always loved to play with the Coffee Stain (B1316)stamp set and thought "What a great stamp to use with our new "A Sip" stamp set (New catalog page 40: A1109)


Of course I coordinated the envelopes with the cards, but for some reason my good Nikon just wouldn't focus to take the picture!!

Adopt-N-Crop

This past Saturday we held our annual Fall "Adopt N Crop ", benefitting the Adopt A Family charities in Broward county. All attendees has a BLAST!!! We even had about 10 NEWBIES to crops! Well, to our crop lol . Many enjoyed the comraderie of the event, getting pages done, participating in the Create-n-takes, Technique Table Time taugh lots of fun and fabulous enhancements.... Bottom line ... DON'T MISS THE NEXT ONE!!! :)

And let's not forget the food! (We're women, how could we lol) A lovely Continential Breakfast with Duncan Donut coffee, a hot Itialian lunch with salad and sides, and the snacks ... oh the snacks!!

Many of the ladies participated in the raffle, purchasing their tickets to win baskets valued from $35 - $150! I can't tell you who was more excited when their name was drawn. I know Susan Jensen is thrilled with her FREE workshop for her and 5 of her friends -- she put all 28 tickets in that bucket!!!

August Scrapbook Club Project

This month, my clubs will be creating these adorable pages using the "Zippidee" kit. This fun kit is geared for fun. I used them to record some of my fond memories of our recent trip to Disney World before my surgery. The big surprise here was that ALL my kids showed up. I thought that it was a trip just for my husband, Steve, and my two younger boys. On Saturday morning I was surprised to open the door to my daughter Katie and oldest son, David. Several minutes after that .. I opened the door to my son Jonathan (who lived in Panama at the time) AND my grandson Nicky, who is six. I haven't seen my grandson since he was 18 months old. So needless to say, I was blown away. I was the only person at the "happiest place on earth" where I couldn't stop crying all day! lol

My clubs will receive the cutting diagrams to create a SIX page layout, we will create the pages shown above. If you wish to view the additional layouts, you may visit my website and look under "My Art". My clubs receive a "shopping list" in which they all get to select the "Basic Kit" for $29.95 then they get the opportunity to select other items from the shopping list that helps them embellish their pages. This is great for the seasoned scrapbookers who get to look in their "stash" to make sure they don't purchase duplicate items and get to USE what they have.
